ReSCI Consulting was founded in 2015 by Dr. Hanif Nu'Man, a sociologist with a passion for understanding and improving the micro-level dynamics that shape organizational behavior, culture, and climate. With a deep understanding of interpersonal interactions and its effect on the workplace, Dr. Nu’Man leads a team that applies sociological expertise to help organizations thrive. ReSCI Consulting was born out of Dr. Nu’Man’s vision to transform how organizations address their internal challenges, using research-driven methods to build social cohesion.
